Finding the true little Victim in your heart

Spiritual teachers often counsel us not to cling to the victim stories of the mind when seeking enlightenment. But if you are also seeking to heal your wounded self, I offer another path:Detach from the fleeting moods, stories, and surface feelings of the mind. These are only echoes; not the origin. Go deeper. Beneath the noise & the drama lives the true little Victim. The one hiding in the tender, unconscious landscape of your heart, where real pain & unmet needs remain. Sit with them. Feel them with as much love and presence as you can. Offer them all the nourishment, protection, and understanding they were once denied. Give them everything they needed but didn’t receive. So that, in time, they no longer have to seek your attention through noisy drama on the surface.Do not try to simply transcend your suffering. What you are trying to transcend is the soulfulness of your eternal true sacred Self. Your SoulSelf.
