However, if a data subject wishes to make use of special services of our company via our website, it may be necessary to process personal data. Furthermore, data subjects are informed of their rights by means of this data protection declaration.

As the controller, I have implemented numerous technical and organizational measures to ensure the most complete protection of personal data processed through this website.

Nevertheless, Internet-based data transmissions may in principle have security gaps, so absolute protection cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, every data subject is free to transmit personal data to us by alternative means, for example by telephone. My clients/facilitants in particular are free to communicate sensitive personal information with me only in personal sessions. 2. Why we process your data, the lawful basis for processing your data and who we share it with

 

For people who view and interact with our website, we process data:

a) Categories of data subjects

  • Visitors and users of the online offer (hereinafter we also refer to the data subjects collectively as “users”).

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in the administration and operation of our psychological & spiritual services.

We will inform you separately about the data protection of all other personal data that I need from you in the context of personal psycho-spiritual support and, if necessary, obtain your consent before the start of treatment.

We will retain this data for a reasonable and proportionate period of time.

 

For people who are contacting me for sessions/emotio-soulful facilitation, we process data:

If you contact/commission me for the purpose of individual psychological/spiritual support, I collect data in order to be able to advise, treat and facilitate you appropriately and (in an emergency, which I hope will not occur) to obtain appropriate help for you from third parties (emergency doctor, specialist) if you are unable to do so yourself.

I therefore need your:

  1. first name & last name,
  2. a valid e-mail address,
  3. your postal address,
  4. telephone number (landline and/or mobile)
  5. name of your GP and GP´s adress

 

In addition to this data, information of a very personal nature (anamnesis, treatment-relevant interim questions by email), which is necessary for psychotherapeutic treatment and spiritual facilitation, may be collected gradually during your therapeutic process in my practice.

As part of our services, we may also process special categories of data in accordance with Art. 9 para. 1 GDPR, in particular information on the health of clients, childhood/adolescent experiences, partnership, possibly with reference to their sex life or sexual orientation, ethnic origin or religious or ideological beliefs.

For this purpose, we obtain, if necessary, in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a., Art. 7, Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a. GDPR and otherwise process the special categories of data for the purposes of preventive healthcare on the basis of Art. 9 para. 2 lit h. GDPR, § 22 para. 1 no. 1 b. BDSG.

If necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or required by law, we disclose or transmit the client's data in the context of communication with other professionals, third parties involved in the fulfillment of the contract, such as billing offices or comparable service providers, insofar as this serves the provision of our services in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit b. GDPR, is required by law pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c. GDPR, serves our interests or those of our clients in efficient and cost-effective healthcare as a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit f. GDPR or pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d. GDPR is necessary to protect the vital interests of the client or another natural person or in the context of consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a., Art. 7 GDPR.

We will inform you separately about the data protection of all other personal data that I need from you in the context of personal psycho-spiritual support and, if necessary, obtain your consent before the start of treatment.

We will retain this data for a reasonable and proportionate period of time.

The data will be deleted when the data is no longer required to fulfill contractual or legal duties of care and to deal with any warranty and comparable obligations, whereby the necessity of storing the data is reviewed every three years; otherwise the statutory retention obligations apply.

 

d) Transfer of data to third parties
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. Insofar as this is necessary in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR for an appropriate treatment, your personal data will be passed on to third parties (e.g. GP, psychiatrist, conventional psychotherapist, doctor, emergency doctor).

 

3. Information received from third parties and the source of that data

We do not receive personal data from third parties.

 

4. Your rights relating to personal data

You have the following rights under the GDPR, in certain circumstances and subject to certain exemptions, in relation to your personal data:

  • Right to access the data – you have the right to request a copy of the personal data that we hold about you, together with other information about our processing of that personal data.
  • Right to rectification- you have the right to request that any inaccurate data that is held about you is corrected, or if we have incomplete information you may request that we update the information such that it is complete.
  • Right to erasure – you have the right to request us to delete personal data that we hold about you. This is sometimes referred to as the right to be forgotten.
  • Right to restriction of processing or to object to processing – you have the right to request that we no longer process your personal data for particular purposes, or to object to our processing of your personal data for particular purposes.
  • Right to data portability – you have the right to request us to provide you, or a third party, with a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used machine readable format.

5. Requirement to process personal data

You may browse our website without providing us with any personal data and this will not affect your ability to view our website.

If you do not provide us with your information for the purposes described above, we cannot respond to your queries sent through our contact us form.

In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d GDPR serves as the legal basis.

Please note that the national data protection regulations in your or our country of residence may apply in addition to the provisions of the GDPR.

We do not use any personal data for the purpose of automated decision-making or profiling.

However, this does not mean that I gain direct knowledge of your identity.
