Treatment conditions & disclaimer

Iona von der Werth does not accept liability for any real or subjectively perceived damage arising from the application of her written/visual information or from personal work with her. Responsibility for the use of her services lies solely with you as the user. Iona’s texts, videos, sessions and seminars are not intended as instructions for medical or psychological self‑treatment, but merely as impulses. Each participant bears full responsibility for how they interpret and apply these contents.

Anyone consulting Iona with emotional, physical, energetic and/or spiritual challenges in order to work with the 4 Paths of InDivinality does so with full understanding that she is not a medical doctor, psychotherapist or psychiatrist. Irish law stipulates that certain physical/psychological conditions must be treated exclusively by licensed medical professionals. Iona does not provide medical or psychological treatment, but offers individual emotional, spiritual and intuitive support within the worldview of InDivinality. Her guidance does not replace medical or psychiatric treatment in cases where such treatment is required.

Iona holds a state‑examined Heilpraktiker license (including Heilpraktiker for Psychotherapie). This Heilpraktiker qualification is a German credential and is not registered in Ireland as a state‑recognized health profession. In Ireland, Iona works as an emotio‑spiritual facilitator. This is based primarily on her individual gifts for this very specific process work, which she has professionally developed and deepened over many years, particularly through her own ongoing inner healing and integration processes. These are soul gifts that cannot be proven, measured, or in some respects even logically explained. They can only be felt by open, receptive hearts and received through one’s own intuition. What she offers through InDivinality can be described as alternative‑medical, alternative‑psychotherapeutic, holistic, individually emotional, transpersonal‑spiritual and intuitive soul support. Iona makes no healing promises whatsoever with her texts, videos, personal consultations or seminars, and she does not guarantee any psychological, emotional, physical or spiritual “result.”

By contacting Iona to make use of her services, you fully and unconditionally agree to take complete responsibility and liability for your own emotional, psychological, spiritual, physical and mental health, and for all decisions you make in these domains. This applies both in personal encounters with Iona and in all life situations outside of direct InDivinality work.

Should you terminate or discontinue the guidance before a meaningful and appropriate point in the process, you assume sole responsibility for all resulting consequences. No claim for reimbursement or compensation against Iona exists.

Iona accepts no liability for actions, statements or consequences arising from other participants, third parties or former clients.

Iona does not claim to have reached the end of her healing journey, nor to be free of error or beyond all doubt. Please take seriously the importance of listening inwardly at every stage of your process and following your own intuition and self‑authority.

Since appointments with Iona last between 60 and 90 minutes, her work is based on a booking system: the agreed time is reserved exclusively for one facilitator. Therefore, appointments not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance are chargeable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. For groups and seminars, the respective cancellation deadlines published on the homepage apply. Please inform yourself about Iona’s fees before a session on the homepage. Payment is to be made on the same day of the session by bank transfer, except for the very first session, for which Iona requests a transfer ensuring that the energy exchange has reached her account at least one day in advance. In case of doubt, you may also email her a transfer receipt.

For any legal disputes, Irish law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is County Sligo, Ireland.
