How to stop self-betrayal

No amount of meditating, self-regulation, self-optimization, positive thinking, affirmative mantras, mindfulness, breathwork, impulse control strategies, cognitive reframing, communication techniques, or energetic frequency-raising will heal the underlying wounded emotions that led you to practice these things in the first place.

These
emotions need to be felt, loved, understood, and re-parented from a place of mature self-responsibility and curiosity.

Otherwise, we stay in victim-based loops of self-betrayal masked as whatever cover-up story we tell ourselves and others.
